According to A.R.S. §39-171, an entity that maintains a centralized online portal for submission of public records requests providing a receipt of submission of a request, an employee who is authorized and able to provide the requested information, shall respond within five business days acknowledging receipt of the request.
Pursuant to this section, all public records requests can be requested through our contact us portal.
