Regular Meeting Schedules
Pursuant to A.R.S. §38-431.02, the Governing Body of the Copper Canyon Fire And Medical District hereby states that all notices of their meetings will be posted at the following locations:
26B Salt Mine Rd, Camp Verde, AZ 86322
3240 E Beaver Creek Rd, Rimrock, AZ 86335
Regular Board Meetings are held on the third Tuesday of each month at 9am.
The respective notice will be available to the public at such location not less than 24 hours prior to a meeting, unless the meeting covers an emergency as provided in A.R.S. §38-431.02.
Such notices will indicate the date, time and place of the meeting and will include an agenda or information concerning the manner in which the public may obtain an agenda for the meeting.
Executive sessions may be held by the Governing Board meeting as provided in A.R.S. §38-431.03. Notice of executive sessions will also be posted at the posting place.
The Governing Body reserves the right to hold special meetings at times and places other than mentioned above. Notice of time and place of any special meeting will be posted at the posting place.
Temporary Public Participation Changes for Governing Board Meetings that are Via Zoom
Copper Canyon Fire & Medical District in an effort to protect the health and safety of our employees, residents and visitors, the Governing Board will hold their public meetings remotely via ZOOM until further notice. Public comment will be taken through several technological solutions.

The District will provide email and phone-in options for public participation. The following are instructions for each method of participation:
Email: To submit email comments, including Call to the Public for non-agenda items, please email firstname.lastname@example.org prior to the start of the meeting, which is 9 a.m. Only comments received prior to the start of the meeting will be considered and included in the record.
Phone: Each meeting agenda will include dial in information to allow you to attend the meeting telephonically. Once connected to the meeting, please mute your phone to avoid any background noise. If you need assistance connecting to the meeting please contact Administrative Manager Robyn Cook at email@example.com or 928-567-9401.
The Chairperson will ask for any telephone attendees to state their name and address for the record. Attendees will be given the opportunity to speak on any item on the agenda when that item is being discussed. Attendees may speak on any item not on the agenda during the Call to the Public. Please be aware that due to Open Meeting Law restrictions, no dialogue with the Governing Board members can take place during the Call to the Public.
Records: Each Governing Board meeting will be audio recorded and minutes will be completed and posted to the District website after approval at the next Regular Meeting.
